About Us

Albert St. Clair, Sr. is a Combat Engineer Army veteran who Honorably served in the Honduras Central American jungles during the Iran contra affair conflict. Although he has long since left the military and now resides in O’Fallon, Mo., he has never stopped serving his fellow veterans. He is a member of the American Legion post 313, American Legion Riders Post 313, the Patriot Guard Riders, and Amvets Post 1 Mo.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Mo., Mr. St. Clair continues to search for homeless veterans and non-veterans in need throughout some of the most poverty stricken regions and tent camps in St. Louis and Southern Illinois. With honor, respect, and dignity he carries them food and clothing, and assists in the never-ending battle of red tape that stifles so many groups in getting those that want and need help off of the streets into an apartment of their own.

Among many other awards, Mr. St. Clair was awarded a proclamation by the Mayor and city of O’Fallon, Mo, on May 14th, 2015, for his work as a veteran assisting our homeless population. Less than two weeks later, on May 25th, the city of St. Peter’s, Mo, awarded Mr. St. Clair its own proclamation for his continued work with the homeless. He was chosen as the American Legion Rider of the Year for chapter 313 in Old St. Peter’s, and runner-up for the state of Missouri Rider of the Year by the American Legion Riders in 2011. In addition, Mr. St. Clair has been featured on numerous television and radio shows, including two recent showcases on KMOV’s “Harris’s Heroes” and a feature on Fox 2 News during the 2015 Memorial Day dedication of the veterans’ memorial in St. Peter’s.

While working several part-time jobs, Mr. St. Clair collects food, clothing, and donations to help our local veterans and homeless in need, as well as holding fundraising events and raffles to fund his endeavors. His promise to his fellow veterans: “leave no one behind.”
